Until the last breath is the story of Pihu, Dushyant, Armaan, Zarah and Kajal.
Pihu is a brilliant medical student who aspires to become a surgeon. But life has different plans for her, as she self-diagnosed ALS. She is dying a slow, painful and uncertain death. Every breath he takes he considers a blessing.
Dushyant, a twenty-five-year-old drug addict intoxicated. He's a smart but selfish brat. He has no respect for life. He was rushed to the hospital after he passed out in a drinking session one night ago after his girlfriend left him. He loved her with all his heart, but now he feels guilty about not treating her the right way.
Armaan and his intern Zarah, two renowned doctors with their own bleak and dark past, go to great lengths to save their patients' lives, risking everything, including their medical licenses, to keep them alive.
Kajal, Dushyant's girlfriend from a well-known wealthy family is battling demons from her past and her relationship with her parents.
